Below are the official Terms and Conditions Saka Global Trade follows for all international export operations. These export policy terms apply to shipments of tomatoes, premium non-basmati rice, potatoes, onions, coriander powder, and turmeric products.

a) Advance Payment Structure
60% to 80% Advance Payment: Required before production, processing, and packaging.
Remaining Balance Payment: Must be paid before shipment, loading, and document release.
b) SBLC (Standby Letter of Credit) Option
Type: SBLC MT760
Status: Confirmed & Transferable
Issuing Bank: Must be a top-tier prime bank (DBS, JP Morgan, HSBC, CitiBank, etc.)
Bank Charges: All banking charges and SBLC fees are buyer’s responsibility
All export orders must be confirmed in written form by both Saka Global Trade and the buyer.
A signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or Purchase Order (PO) is required to initiate processing.
Any changes to product specifications, packing, or quantity must be mutually agreed upon in writing.
All products—Tomatoes, Non-Basmati Rice, Potatoes, Onions, Dhaniya Powder, and Turmeric Powder— are packed and shipped as per international export quality standards.
Products are inspected and graded before dispatch to match the agreed specifications.
The buyer may appoint a third-party inspection agency (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Cotecna) at their own cost.
Any additional quality certificates or lab tests must be requested in advance and will be charged accordingly.
